- We will greet all who visit us with a “Coke and a smile” - we realize
that we are YOUR last chance to impress your clients and we take
that duty seriously!;
- A file will be opened and title/survey ordered immediately upon
receipt of a title order;
- We will prepare a preliminary HUD-1 the day we receive a closing
package and fax it to the loan officer for review;
- Upon approval of the Lender, the HUD-1 will be faxed or emailed to
agents and the buyer and seller (where applicable). All HUDs will
be faxed or emailed out before closing if at all possible;
- We will return all phone calls as soon as possible;
- We will return to the Lenders closing department packages within
the time required by the lender;
- We will complete all post closing matters efficiently to the
satisfaction of our clients and associates.
